This hotel was amazing. We had a fantastic stay. Even though it’s was mainly a resort for Spanish holidaymakers we had a wonderful stay. Staff are 10/10- super friendly, helpful and welcoming. From reception, to the cleaners, restaurant and bar staff. A very Special shoutout to Kwesi and his beautiful wife who work in the restaurant- for us they made our stay very special. Being the only black family, speaking English we did not feel out of place at all because they made us feel so welcome from the first day we came down for dinner. Not many of the staff spoke English but they did and really looked after us if we had any questions or needed help. They helped the other staff in the restaurant look after us also which was very kind of them. We are so grateful to all the staff in the restaurant- excellent service. Thank you both so so very much. Also a special mention to the entire Fanty Club staff who made our children feel so welcome, helped them make friends and got them involved in the activities despite the language barrier. They taught the kids a few Spanish words which was a lovely bonus! Also special thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and lovely also throughout our stay. Anything we needed or were unsure of they really helped. This hotel is very clean, warm and friendly. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant - lots of variety (Especially deserts!). Best to do all inclusive or breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel is in a good location in terms of the beach (literally right beside the hotel). Also there is a local supermarket and strand of few local restaurants and a souvenir shop. (Best place to eat - King Kebab) . A very quite area and not over populated with tourists which is nice! Amazing coastal trail also for walks. The hotel is extremely far for any tourist attractions or city exploring and also from the airport (about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs drive). Perfect if just looking to do a quiet getaway, retreat or seaside break. Overall a really really lovely hotel and stay. Would definitely recommend and would be back again!

Stayed at the end of October, the Halloween week in Spain. It was great fun, everyone there was Spanish and the hotel was totally decorated for the occasion. The buffet evening meal was really good and very well organised. Would stay again.

Perfect location, by the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic hotel for families. Staff were so attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location as located by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Nice hotel with amazing view but for older people only. We were family of 4 with 2 kids under 5years old and we were only one family apart of elderly people up there. We had very nice room 439 with great sea view and very nice spa in hotel as well. Posh restaurant with nice food selection. Only one disappointment as we were with kids and very late dinner. But apart of that nice hotel, thank you

Fue el último punto tras vacaciones, llegamos con ganas descansar de un largo viaje. No había agua caliente. Nos dijeron que el de mantenimiento decía que si había.al pedir hablar con gerencia no nos respondieron decidimos solo quedarnos una noche e irnos. El hotel parece bonito a primera vista pero estaba sucio el baño lleno de hongos y anexo evidencia. En recepción nunca nos resolvieron. La escusa del recepcionista fue que "el gerente nunca le contestó el teléfono y que le iban a decir a la de la limpieza". El punto es que uno paga esperando un bien servicio,esperando poder llegar y bañarte con agua caliente y limpieza y no lo recibes. Me sentí tomada

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel, frontalier nous voyageons régulièrement partout en Espagne et séjournons toujours dans des hôtels 4* et bien celui ci ne mérite pas 4* il travaille principalement avec des bus de personnes âgées qui n'ont aucun savoir-vivre que ce soit au restaurant où ils vous pietineraient s'ils pouvaient pour vous passez devant ils braillent en permanence, ou dans les parties communes ou dès 7h du mat ils traînent leur valises sur le carrelage font claquer leur talons et là encore braillent dès qu'ils ouvrent leur porte. Les chambres sont petites pas insonorisées donc vous entendez la télé ou les discussions des voisins et très mal nettoyées, les lits 135X190 cm du jamais vu dans un 4* avec des draps en synthétiques (nous dormons dans un 160X200 chez nous, partir en vacances pour avoir moins bien que chez-soi pas terrible) Le spa pourrait être bien mais surchargé car aucun contrôle et là aussi ça braille malgré les affiches signifiant le silence. Le ménage et la qualité est le cadet de leur soucis, lorsque nous rentrions le soir il y avait plein de saletés et bourres sur le sol de la chambre et dans la SDB des poils et surtout des cheveux qui ne nous appartiennent pas 🤢,idem dans la salle de restaurant le matin à l'ouverture le sol n'a pas été nettoyé de la veille ou alors très mal.La nourriture est de piètre qualité et industrielle pour la plupart, mais à cette periode pas le choix les restos autour sont fermés. De plus les photos sur les sites internet sont tronquées car les 4 petites piscines sont toutes réunies dans un petit jardin et aucune ne permet de nager et vu la saison les transats étaient empilés mais je n'ose imaginer l'été lorsqu'ils sont en place... En bref vacances très fatigantes, et pressés de quitter cet endroit invivable, heureusement que la journée nous partions nous balader!!! 😉

El hotel para ir con niños está muy bien, es cómodo, pero deja muchísimo que desear, no tiene nivel para 4 estrellas en lo que se refiere a la comida, es penosa, el personal se ve saturado, ellos no tienen la culpa, se les ve descontentos, quizá la dirección debería replantearse este tipo de cosas, porque el hotel en sí es bonito y acogedor, pero repito, la comida y la cocina mal, muy mal, tanto la fideuá como la paella sabían a quemado. Espero que tomen nota y la opinión no les moleste, solo es una crítica para que mejoren, porque por lo demás hemos estado muy a gusto.
