Super chill, clean and safe.. this is one of my favorite "cost conscious" lodging options on the A1A. The property is a bit older but maintained and clean, each experience I have had with the front desk staff has been jovial and pleasant. Staff is easy to communicate with and the property is within walking distance to the 7-11, Pizza Hut, ABC Store and Surf Style shop.

Overall this is a decent place. Outside the rooms, parking lot, beach area, pool was all clean. Inside the room the beds were made nicely and everything was organized.
Bathroom had a lot of water damage on the doors, walls and vanity. Our remote control was nasty, wouldn’t even touch it. NO HOT WATER, morning or night. I mean zero, so if you like super cold showers then it’s okay.
They are renovating they say so we must have had an old musty room.

it's a beach hotel with no major issues. photographs are a little misleading. we had an ocean view room - which was pretty nice -bed was comfy - water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. not the nicest hotel in the area - but it was clean. definitely saw staff cleaning the parking lot and painting to spruce things up a bit.
staff was friendly but they seemed to be very unorganized and used the excuse "we are fully booked" to explain some inadequacies such as the rooms not being cleaned and our room keys not working everytime we left the room. that being said, this was a last minute trip and everything else was booked due to bike week and Daytona 500 so overall we had a good stay.

Very accommodating Staff. Beautiful Ocean Views. Option for Breakfast on your patio overlooking Beaches Blue surf or just a quiet walk on the Beach.Great Television for evening entertainment.

The Entire Hotel was Amazingly Well kept. Very good views of the Beach, pristine Pool, Welcoming environment, I room dining while overlooking the Beach, Room was Well equipped with everything I needed., AC/Heat, Huge Wall Television, good beside lamps w/plug-in for reading, modern decor and THE BEST MOST COMFORTABLE BED AMAZING!!

The hotel is poorly maintained for the 200 per night, you can tell in the doors, blinds, closet, bed lamps, etc. There was no shower gel nor shampoo in the shower, just one tiny soap bar in the vanity.
The exterior and the pool area were sad and poorly taken care of.
The positives: next to the beach, free parking, free coffee machine, friendly staff, elevator, the room has a kitchen, many tv premium channels.

Property was old and not well maintained. Bathroom was moldy and cabinets were chipped. Handle on bathroom door continually fell off. Lock on door was broken. Check in was at 4. I was allowed to check in but when I arrived at my room house keeping was just beginning to clean the room and it was not ready for another hour and a half
