Clean property with good parking and beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Would stay there again.

This hotel was fine. There is no sign for this hotel. Not even a small sign on the front door. You will drive right by a least once looking for it. I was there for the 24 hour race so wasn't in the hotel much. Come on, get a sign!

Old. Charged a resort fee for nothing. No room service. Go 2 miles north to Ormond Beach. More modern.

Followed the GPS and past the multistory white building with blue awnings. No address or sign identifying it as the Tropical Winds. This older building is functional but needs refurbishing. The breakfast lunch cafe is very good and reasonably priced. Oceanfront for those who are beach goers. Pool area is basic. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Surprisingly there are very few restaurants nearby so prepare to shop for eating options at night.

Good experience but couldn't find the hotel for a bit when we were first arriving. We were told sign blew down as well as temporary replacement sign. Was very windy so could see why. Room was adequate but not exceptional. Hotel is a bit tired but clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Nice side view of ocean from our room.

Overall great stay. Hotel is older but it is well maintained. Our room showed a little wear and tear but nothing big. Staff was very courteous.

Breakfast starts at 8am.. not a hotel for construction crews.. i went to walmart and bought new sheets, the ones on bed were unacceptable. Pillow cases were tolerable but not my first choice. Pictures on web page are not what you check in to. Never will stay there again.
