This is a great property. Having stayed there before, we rebooked based on quality of the facility and location. However we were surprised by the parking fees, this is nothing but a gouge of customers. There was never a parking fee at this establishment until Disney stated charging guests at their hotels, Hilton followed suit. This is another junk tax on the public. Disney realized this and eliminated there parking lot fee. Hilton while steadily increasing pricing has continued this unfair gouging of the public. Hilton's depreciated parking lot should not require staying guests to fund it.

Our stay was great! Just wish we was told that we had to pay for parking at the hotel . Which i think is ridiculous!!! $50 for two night. We shouldn't have to pay anything guven the price of the room. Parking should be free!!

$31 parking fee for one night is extremely expensive. Terrible service. Not please with the extra charges.

It is a Hilton. Need I say more? They never disappoint. FYI, there is a $25 daily parking fee I did not know about and nothing was said at check-in. In the night I received a notice on my car windshield with directions to pay online. I should have noticed it online. Mea culpa!

Staff was always helpful and polite - even when I had continuous package deliveries. My favorite Orlando hotel!

My only complaint was the smells. Coming upon arrival there was a strong skunk smell that they took care of quickly. But our room had a strong scent of urine. The shower curtain in my kids room was strong of urine smell. The breakfast was always nice and service was always attentive.
