Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Southpark - Commodity Circle

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. General manager was equally unfriendly and unhelpful. One of two ACs function there were feces on the bathroom wall. The sofas were ripped so much that the cushion was coming out there was a gaping hole in the kitchen wall where the dishwasher belong, the refrigerator did not work there were roaches in the unit and the electricity in the kitchen and living room did not. The staff refused to accommodate me and in any manner was told that I needed to speak to the supervisor. The next day supervisor told me she couldn’t do anything for me. She needed to get in contact with the general manager. General manager approved only for me to be refunded the night that I was not there, but made no accommodations For the night that I had no choice but to stay in that room since they didn’t offer any resolution to my problem. The unit was completely not a unit that should have been rented. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone family friend or foe the absolute worst!!

This room is dirty, has bugs in the cabinets, stinks and smells of old cigarettes even though it is supposed to be a no smoking room, and is absolutely the worst place I have ever seen renting a room. I'm beyond horrified. If it was not 10pm, we would go somewhere else.

The pictures on the website were very deceiving. The first room I was given, the second bed was off the frame and in the other bed. The frame was broken and on the ground. The second room was dirty and had a very bad odor. After spending three nights there, I never really felt clean, even after showering.

We Left!! Slumlord Blackstone Capital Group owns this Extended Stay America hotel chain Along with Starwood Capital Group…Worst place I have ever stayed … I should have known because it was only $126 for one night … It actually needed to be gutted or possibly torn down. Blackstone Capital Group may have $1 trillion in other peoples money to invest but they are using this place as a write off. Starwood Capital funds complete the take-private of Extended Stay America, a leading owner and operator of economy extended-stay hotels, in a 50/50 JV for an aggregate purchase price of $6.3B Pathetic!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! There were roaches everywhere. Our room smelled horrible and was so dirty. We left early because of the bugs we found in our sheets!!! Save your money and do not stay here!

My husband and i ended up cutting our stay 1 night. The hotel was disgusting, trash from the previous guest, the shower was filthy and there was roaches everywhere! Never again will i stay with this chain of hotels.

Absolutely disgusting. First room they gave me had mold damage and a broken door. Second room had gross stuff in the shower and an overwhelming perfume smell that was sickening. Bed was hard as a rock. Ended my stay after 2 days.

There is trash in every corner. There is damage and mold and bugs in every room. There was blood in the door frame of the bathroom in my room. The cook top was rusted and flaking, the microwave was disgusting and rusted through. The bathroom was filthy and unable to be used. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall.

When I entered the hotel to go to my room I noticed the area around the elevator was filled with trash. This wasn't due to the guy who was responsible for cleaning because anytime I saw him (2-3 times a day) he was emptying trash. When I opened the door to my room (210) it smelled of urine. The carpet was stained with what looked like urine stains. One of the hand towels had, what I hope was beard trimmings on it. You could tell it was an older hotel. Other than that, the bed was clean and comfortable. Maybe clean the carpet once a month or so and it would be acceptable.
