Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Lots of hidden fees and so many crazy charges. Every day there was another charge on my card that I didn’t Make

Ill start off with the good. The waterpark/pool area was great for our kids, they thoroughly enjoyed it. The poolside bar and grill had good food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Now for the room and rest of the property. DIRTY! Our room was dirty when we got there. It took five different times of calling housekeeping and finally talking with the Hotel Supervisor to get it "cleaned." This took three days of our stay to accomplish. The floors were disgusting to try to walk on without shoes and the bathroom had mold in the corners of the floor and all around the tub/shower. Doors that were supposed to be white were black in all the areas they get touched due to never being cleaned. I'd highly recommend checking your room before unpacking a family of five.
The hallways/walkways were dirty as well, very much in need of a good cleaning.
Also, aside from pool staff, the hotel seemed to be extremely short staffed, without enough employees to properly care for guests needs.

They never came in to clean out room. I called the front desk and they said they only clean your room with a 5 day or more stay. I asked them to refill our shampoo/conditioner they said they would and did not. Front desk was not helpful AT ALL. EVERYONE seemed bothered of it had nothing to do with check in. My son lost his glasses and no one wanted at front desk wanted to take the time to look or bring out the glasses they did have just kept telling us to check with security because they don't have any items. I will say there were three employees who were so very helpful and I want them recognized for being helpful and going above and beyond. Lawrence, Josue and Emily(Dining cashier) your patience, customer service and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and it is good people like you three that can make a difference in a good stay.

The worst holiday experience I have ever had. No one had a clue and the property had very little stock and when we could buy something we could not pay for it how we wanted
