Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

We Checked in around 3:45 and had a dinner at 5 to be at. We opened the door to our room and nothing was cleaned from the previous guest. We called the front desk and told them but was placed on hold for 10 minutes so we ended up walking down to the front desk. We were told then that there was only two rooms out of the entire hotel listed as clean in their system, our room and another in building 2 on the other side of the property. I couldn’t believe out of the entire hotel there were only two rooms (actually 1) clean at 4pm which is check in time. We decided to keep the room we had and they sent someone right away to clean it. We went back up to the room and waited 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. We got cleaned up for dinner and left. We arrived back at around 9:30 and noticed the floor was soaking wet around the ac in the kids room and partially the main bedroom. We had noticed it before we left for dinner but thought the previous guest had wet kids in the room. The AC wasn’t working the best and seemed to be causing a huge leak onto the floor by 10pm. We went to bed anyways and left early for Disney world.

To be honest this is the worst hotel in Disneyworld parks area. No hot water and they don’t care. Families without, and needs not met. And no refunds either. Do not stay here!

Trash everywhere, room wasn’t vacuumed, both pools had been defecated in & the fire alarm was set off. I was told I’d get a credit to my account for all the inconvenience and it didn’t happen. Terrible experience will not go back

I'll start with the best thing. The beds were comfy. We stayed 4 nights. Our room was only serviced one day (beds made, clean towels). No tissues at all. No extra TP at all. No coffee carafe for the coffee maker and no cups for having coffee. A couple of the clean towels had stains and still smelled gross (vomit?). The walls are thin and we heard a couple fights as well as screaming kids. I gave this place three stars overall but I was probably being generous. The pool areas are excellent but the water slide area water is not heated. It was very chilly. We had to pay $350 for the resort fee as well as for parking every day. This was a charge over and above what we paid for the four nights to stay there. You have been warned.

This is a great place to stay with your family and friends. You really don’t have to leave this place has everything for the kids and adults. From arcades to a Nice bar. The food they serve by the pool is really good and the food choices they have at there little shopping/ eating mini mall has everything. Only complaint is have is that they should have an attendant watching the jacuzzi area . There is a clear sign that says 13 and up they should change it to 18 and up. Too many kids go there when it’s suppose to be the grown up area. I wanna relax there not get splashed by water
