Nice room front desk was very helpful. Location of Hotel is outstanding within walking distance to where I needed to go. Great experience will be traveling a lot in the future and I will be staying at Quality Inn when available.

No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

我感覺這個不像我一樣住過的comfort inn，毛巾粗燥的要命 和Motel的差不多，以往住她們家的店 毛巾和床都很軟和的……浴室的門關不上，浴簾拉不上 洗澡水整了一整個浴室！

BEWARE! Worst hotel wr have ever stayed at. Dirty bedding, ripped and sticky carpet, mold in the bathroom and an actual cockroach in our room. We had another booking there for the following weekend and it was non refundable, we ate the money and got another room at another hotel.

Older hotel with old furniture. We kept having to ask for fresh towels, toilet had to be fixed, the locks wouldn’t work, and our room phone didn’t work.

Not what we expected for money paid for it. Not a suite as we paid extra, but a roll a way bed was given as apology. Desk was friendly, but property is underwhelming...restroom doorknob falling apart and had to fix it. Not great.
