Well, the hotel was under construction. We did not know that when we booked it, and that was ok and understandable. What was NOT OK was the fact that the room floor was dirty and had paint stains all over it. Then, they had breakfast but the first day there were bagels and bread but there was no cream cheese. The tables were dirty every morning and the staff did not attempt to clean them after people left. The second and third morning they had bagels and bread and cream cheese but there was no toaster! We ordered their “hot plate” breakfast which was crusted lukewarm eggs and soggy waffles. Gross. It became the morning joke at breakfast that there is a Walmart right down the road where they could have purchased a toaster. Terrible!

I will start by saying staff was great. If it rains and you want to be in the room you paid for during the day at this hotel, GOOD LUCK. Housekeeping tries to come to your room EVERY DAY. Thats fine. Television channels are VERY limited...mostly news & sports. The construction noise is absolutely outrageous. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED! PLEASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY. I fell into this trap and there were multiple days i wished i were back at home. The breakfast was poor. They serve your plate for you from another room. You end up w/very little hot food. The staff tried, though. My toilet had multiple problems during my stay. My housekeeper fixed it on day 2, but by day 7 the problems were back. I feel cheated. A stay at a super 8 would've been better. The Walls at this hotel are very thin. There is no peace here! I stayed for 8 nights and asked for a top floor room. I didn't get one. I got running children's footsteps above me, though. Im hoping my experience can at least save someone else the headache. Even when their remodeling ends, i would NOT stay here again.

Building was under renovation, this had been in process for several months, I Made reservation almost 4 weeks in advance but was not informed about the renovations until
the day before we were to arrive.

0ur stay was very disturbing from the moment we walked in, the hotel was under construction there was no registration desk, drywall dust and broken tile every where, jackhammers ladders scaffold and men working all over. it was awful. The place was a mess and workers didnt stop until after 5 pm, we should have been advised of this situation to make a reservation somewhere else

We travel often to Orlando, first hotel we ever stayed on were we had to pay for Parking, mind you, it ain't a closed garage or secured area. In the middle of renovation, we couldn't even get snacks or hedache medication since they do not have a vending area. Staff was extremely friendly though. Icing on the cake? NO MICROWAVES in rooms. In short, first & last time. We're never coming back here
