it was nice for the price. bed was clean but there was some red thing on the pillow. (i dont mind) toothpaste is provided upon request. room cleaning is not everyday but it was done 4 out of 5 nights. i would stay this hotel again if i come here. it was really cheap.

Clean very new and modern like a Marriott style. But I didn’t like they wanted us to pay a parking fee of $20-25! So bad and ridiculous hotel policy! Other hotels don’t charge for parking!!!!! And their breakfast was horrible! Only 3-4 kinds! And was gone and nobody’s replacing food!! Horrible experience we had.

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

The little market area didn't have much to offer, not even a Diet Coke. Would have liked more options than just Hot Pockets. The room was comfortable and clean enough, but when we opened the blinds in the morning, the windows were COVERED with mold. Like, top to bottom. Gross.

We only stayed one night as we took an early flight in for our Disney vacation. Location was fine for what we needed it for.

Great room for disabled. What I don’t understand though, is why all disabilities are treated as one. Hearing or mobility disability are totally different. A room adjacent to the elevator is quite noisy.
Bed was great.
Important to know, housekeeping is only on request and needs to be requested before 9 am. Difficult if you check in late in the day.

The location was pretty good for the airport and the theme parks. You get bored of the breakfast after you've been there for more than 3 days, but it's complimentary and the area is always clean.
