I am grateful about the location, and I am aware that when I checked in, it was pass midnight, and I knew then, so little could have been done if I were to complain at the front counter. I just wanted to sleep.
Our room was dirty, I even saw a roach.
Heater didn’t work, at a cold night, it would have been a great help. I ask for clean towels on my second night stay, and I was told I can only have one. Well, damn.
I can understand that maybe the hotel is short staff, and some things could have been missed, but as a paying customer, arriving into a dirty room, unacceptable.
I will never book with this hotel again.

The beds are at least 30 years old. Sometimes mucus like was on my bed and they just brought nasty sheets and blankets.

Needed a night at a hotel near universal, room was comfy and clean and was in a decent location. Would use again for a night or two near theme parks. Decent for the money.

Everything was good about this hotel. I don’t like the fact that they do not come in daily and give new towels and make the beds. When calling the front desk to ask they say they only offer housekeepers on your 3rd day of your stay. That’s ridiculous at least change the towels and tidy the beds up.

Very convenient to major parks. Price is good. The place is clean except for a few bugs in the bathroom but they could have come through when the door was opened when cleaning. There is a musty smell but not bad. The main issue is the noise outside. Sadly, guests can be so oblivious to others trying to sleep. Guests having full blown conversations right outside your room at midnight.

Super fast check in. Room was not bad and beds were ok. Clean room. Bathroom could be updated a little and might need a deep clean. Room seemed so be semi updated. Value was nice. Location is great!

Basic accomodations at a great price point. The hotel is definitely older and shows signs of it's age, but the bed was tolerable, almost comfortable, the room was clean to reasonable standards and check in and check out went smoothly. Would certainly stay here again for a night or two when seeking a budget friendly option.
