Had to park across the street but it was a very easy walk. Hotel was nice with a welcome party at the bar from 5:30-7:30pm. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again for events at Kia Center.

Our stay was fine, the breakfast good, as well as the complimentary happy hour.
The room decor is dated, however very clean. The location and staff are good. There were problem issues.....only one elevator was working and the lobby and atrium area had loud, out of control guests until 2:00am. Every room is open to the atrium and these distractions can be clearly heard in the guest suites.

Three out of four days we did not receive wash cloths or hand towels or replenish our coffee supplies. Also, was told that I would not receive credit towards my Hilton Honors because they served free breakfast. Never had been told that before.

Had a fabulous night here! The complimentary happy hour and breakfast far exceeded our expectations! Close to everything in downtown, clean, and easy to navigate around. Would absolutely stay here again.

Used to stay here often for work but it became in need of renovation. Decided to give them another chance and had to pay more for parking thru the hotel than had i paid directly. And the sheets were not clean in my room. Had a couple of other issues as well.

I loved the complimentary happy hour! Plus the courtyard feel. Very open and relaxing feel to it.

Omelet buffet was free and delicious, huge breakfast selection. Unlimited compimentary cocktails at happy hour. A grocery store right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants and bars with good food. Walked a few bkocks to park and lake and was able to hand feed birds and lake ride. Deluxe King room that was very spacious and beautiful.
