I was incredibly disappointed upon arrival. I had booked my rooms through a third party vendor and the hotel could only find one of my rooms. Even though I had my receipt in my email they would not honor the original price. The front receptionist claimed she was new and didn’t know how to help us and the manager on duty, Gage, was less than impressive and didn’t seem to care at all that we were upset. He was more concerned about his phone call and made us wait. Luckily a new employee, Chandler, showed up and was able to correct the mistake. I won’t stay at a La Quinta Inn again if I have the choice.
