I requested a king suite and when we checked in I was informed one was not available. I don’t understand why one was not available for me to use.
We were offered a king room for a smaller price but it was a little disappointing.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were Dove brand and nice.
The hallways were rather dark which was a little weird.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great , but short , experience. We always find La Quinta to be a quality place to spend an evening.

Very disappointed in the service. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room. I had to go downstairs to front desk to get one as directed by the front desk person. When I got there she said she wasn't able to locate one. What about the rooms that weren't rented? Why wouldn't she get one from one of the other rooms? This made us late for a funeral due to her inability to help us. So disappointing!

Room was very stinky. Bathroom needs to be redone. Coating on tub was worn off and bottom was rusty. Staff were nice and check-in was efficient.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Interesting bathroom cafe door setup, didn't lock or shut tight, so basically no privacy in the bathroom, also noted there was no bathroom fan. Other than that, it was clean and the location was convenient.

I was surprised my the pet deposit. It only said Pet friendly when I reserved the room. But we enjoyed our stay and felt things were nice.

The hotel is very loud meaning you can hear everything & everyone that is in the hallway and the rooms next to you as if they’re in the room with you. Housekeeping started knocking on the door 3 hours before check out even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast area was very dirty. All the tables were messy from previous guests & the buffet area counters were covered in spilled food & crumbs. The check-in & check-out service was just ok but not great compared to other hotels. Overall, this particular LaQuinta will not be my first choice in the future.
