The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through ******* was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that ******* did not send the reservation details correctly!

Hotel charmant avec un accueil très chaleureux. Le spa est un plus et permet de récupérer après les efforts. La formule petit déjeuner continental et le dîner est très appréciable pour profiter de la journée à faire des randonnées. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Un hôtel situé en pleine nature, très calme et typique. La deco de l'hôtel est moderne au contraire des chambres qui sont un peu vieillotte !!! Le personnel est compétent. Nous avons dîner deux fois au restaurant de l'hôtel, la première fois pas terrible par contre la deuxième fois super !!! Le spa est très agréable.

Mention particulière pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel. Situation de l’hôtel exceptionnelle. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petits déjeuners et diner vraiment très bons. Le plus : le spa, idéal.

Chambres tout confort, grande propreté des lieux, personnel accueillant, prestations de qualité, spa très agréable, petit déjeuner formidable et un rapport qualité-prix imbattable au restaurant ! Pour les sportifs : accès direct à de très belles randonnées dans le parc naturel à proximité.

Voilà un établissement parfait pour un séjour romantique. Tout d'abord cet hôtel est très bien situé à 20 minutes de Andorre la Vieille au calme. Tout le personnel est sympathique on se sent tout de suite bien. La chambre est bien équipée, bonne literie, chaine française, salle de bain agréable. Le diner et le petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Le spa est un vrai plus, piscine à bulles, sauna, hammam, de sel etc. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel en demi pension. Le cadre est très reposant, montagne et torrent.

Extraordinario todo!! Habitaciones amplias y muy bonitas. El personal agradabilisimo, desde el recepcionista, hasta los camareros y el Maitre. La comida superó con creces nuestras expectativas: no es "comida de hotel" si no de restaurante gastronomico a un precio más que razonable y el Spa maravilloso, ideal para recuper**** tras una jornada de esquí. La decoración muy moderna y elegante, con lámparas interactivas ;-) Volveremos seguro!! Muchas gracias por todo!!

Très belle installation au bas de ce bel immeuble en pleine nature. Matériel de qualité dans ce petit spa très cosy. Maximum 4 personnes. Propreté irréprochable, accueil très sympa. Idéal pour se relaxer et se ressourcer.
