Don't write many poor reviews as i spend a lot of time researching and reading about Hotels/Restaurants etc. Positives, and there are plenty : large modern Hotel, big rooms, comfortable bed, quiet at night. Adequate breakfast nice waitress. Negatives : Disinterested, surly receptionist. We have got by in quite rural locations with our Italian, and were on day 9 of a cycling trip. He either didn't like us, the fact we arrived by bike, or perhaps working in a Hotel. Quite dismissive in his communications eith us, little effort to assist our poor language skills. When we asked, in Italian, abour safe storage of our bikes, he shrugged and suggested, "outside". When pushed, offered space in huge empty garage for 10 euro !! When asked about spa mumbled about it being extra at, i thought 15euro for 90 mins, but no its 45 euro. I guess not many use the facilities. Really put off by his attitude walked into, very lively, town, 25 mins and had a great pizza. Experience at check out mych better as when i challenged the 10 euro hos colleague, asked, just for 2 bicycles! Highlights how important 1st impressions are. Still fuming 24hrs later.

Very nice hotel and service was great. Not in city center and kind of difficult to walk into Campobasso so you need to drive but it only takes about 5 minutes to drive. Clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet!

Nice property. Not many restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly, but could have more info of where to eat Catherine hotel has a restaurant, but it doesn’t open until 8pm.

Very modern style rooms with an incredible view of the city and the castle (Monforte)
The lobby is very spacious and well decorated.

Hotel moderno, personale cortese e disponibile. Camere pulite e con set di cortesia completo. Zona leggermente fuori mano ma nel compenso silenziosa. Colazione NON da 4 stelle. Prezzo nella media. È presente un ristorante ma non ho usufruito dei pasti. Consigliato.

Hotel perfetto ,ottima posizione. Stanze pulite e ben curate , cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione varia molto buona, ottimo il ristorante. Tutto perfetto,staff cordiale. Da ritornare assolutamente ah dimenticavo c'è una Spa al 4 piano con idromassaggio,doccia emozionale,bagno turco e sauna e palestra .

Abbiamo scelto il Fon Guglielmo per frazionare il viaggio di ritorno dal salento. Ottima scelta. Pulitissimo. In una posizione bellissima, dalla quale si domina tutta la città. personale cortese. Colazione ricca e di qualità. Le camere molto pulite e quella per gli ospiti con disabilità, veramente a norma. Lo suggeriamo a chi desidera una tappa piacevolmente sorprendente. Complimenti

Hotel situato in collina, un po’ defilato rispetto al centro città. Struttura ben tenuta, colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Camere e bagni spaziosi e puliti. Ottimo il fatto che venga fornito un kit da bagno con asciugamani, prodotti e ciabattine. Unica pecca il fatto che sia la spa che la palestra siano a pagamento e con prezzi non proprio promozionali…
