This is the second time I have stayed at the best Western. Always friendly, always courteous and very helpful. It is very peaceful and quiet and clean.

Great easy check in and the stay was good but a few issues with the room.
The heat didn’t work and the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. The room was clean and comfortable though.

Room was very dirty, we kill a roach in the bathroom. Towels looked old and yellowish. Room was old and filthy, carpet was filthy. Overall the room was horrible. We booked a two night stay and we checked out after the first night. Couldn’t stay a second night. I filed a complaint and I was told the manager would give a call on Friday the 17th after 10 am. Today is Saturday the 18th at 4:45 pm and I haven’t heard from her.
This hotel is not a 8.4 at all.

r and received a handicap room. The main problem was that it had a tub instead of a walk in shower. Very hard to get in and out of.

The staff was very friendly. The room could have been cleaner. There was some used towels in the room when we checked into the room. The breakfast was good.

We were very pleased with out stay! Our last experience with a different hotel in Opelika was horrible so we had prepared for the worst. So grateful we were pleasantly surprised!! Very clean!

No tissues in room, bath soap container was empty. Stains on the ceiling. Carpet had a musty smell. Towels were scratchy. This hotel was an average at best not an 8.6
