Dommage que les studios ne soient pas dans l hôtel et qu’il faille sortir et marcher pour y avoir accès . Heureusement que l sparking n’est pas loin

Excellent service, amenities need refreshing.
Exclusion of dogs in the breakfast room, even though understandable, remains unusual and impractical.

We stayed two nights here and we very impressed with the way the hotel was run, particularly the reception that was helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and the room was excellent . Rodez as a city is worth a visit but do not concentrate on the cathedral - there is much more than that in the town. plus the golf course is good.

Nice hotel though in the middle of a busy centre. Unfortunately at night the noise kept me awake till 1:30. Parking is a nescessity but not included. We parked in front of the hotel but that did not feel that secure.

Points positifs: personnel au top, grande chambre propre, petit déjeuner conforme aux normes Accor Mercure/Novotel. Points négatifs: pas de parking! Salle de bain petite, douche petite et sans porte, inondation garantie. Chambre sombre (petite fenêtre donnant sur une petite rue, l’immeuble en face est à 5m.) les portes de chambres claquent fort…

Nous venions de faire une étape chez MERCURE RODEZ CATHEDRALE la semaine précédente. Au vu de l’accueil chaleureux, du confort proposé, nous n’avons pas manqué de renouveler une nouvelle réservation, ce fût également une pleine réussite. Merci de votre accueil et de la chambre que vous nous avez attribué en surclassement. C’est un superbe hôtel, nous aurons grand plaisir d’y revenir, nous le conseillons.
