Did have an inconvenient with the room a/c and as soon as I call the front desk the Manager took action and transferred us to a better room. Gave us complimentary lunch and even gave us the option for late checkout. Thank you Dariel for going the extra mile!!

Not in the middle of high traffic areas yet very close to beach and Miami. (15-20 minutes away.)
Nice esthetics and very cute bar in lobby along with a nice pool. For the price, definitely would stay here away.

room too small. no closet space. breakfast was the worst. no micro in room. small fridge. noisy area. would never stay there again.
