Owners are very welcoming.
Loved the location with mountain view and swimming pool. Worth booking for longer days as have kitchen facility woth electric gas . Balcony view is amazing.
TV avaialble , washing machine , one washroom
Spacious bed and confortable beds
All the stores and restaurants and party places are at walkable distances

 Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Gut Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen nach 30 Jahren das Personal war sehr nett besonders die Chefin Haben uns wohl gefühlt da wir mit Einen großen Hund unterwegs waren haben wir nicht so viel Wert auf das Umfeld und die Sauberkeit geachtet das Frühstück war ausreichend und nett angerichtet… Für unsere jetzigen Bedürfnisse hat es ausgereicht da wir nur drei Tage bleiben wollten . Fethiye ist eine Reise wert wer für kleines Geld eine Unterkunft braucht ohne Ansprüche zu stellen und Haustiere dabei hat ist es ok.

The hotel is so old and the maintenance and hygiene is lacking so badly that despite its Lowe price I cannot recommend it in good concious. Just pay 20 euros more per day and stay at a substantially better hotel. Also in this price range it was the worst hotel I stayed in my life.

We stayed for one week at the beginning of October, a good location and convenient for everything such as supermarkets, shopping and eating, buses and taxis. The apartment was clean and great for what we needed, it had a kitchenette which was really handy. The pool was really nice and was great for when we wanted to do some sunbathing. it was very quiet too, some days we had it to ourselves. The owners were very friendly and nice and were so accommodating, anything we needed they were there to help. Would stay again next year! ❤️

First thing: when you arrive at the property, it gets a little confusing as the hotel is known more by the name Mediterranean. As soon as you find the property, you will notice it's an apartment building, which has its benefits (more on this later).
At the restaurant entrance you will be greeted with a warm smile by Ms. Sergi, who along with her husband manage it. There are many benefits to staying at this place which include it's beautiful location, affordable price, 2 minutes by walk access to market and restaurants and bars and local mini bus stop at the front gate to travel around town.
It's specially recommended for people who are planning on staying longer as you get a whole apartment with two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Ours had all the amenities of a home like automatic washing machine, a fridge , conduction stove, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
On our two weeks vacations in turkey and staying at 6 hotels, this was by far the experience.
