the customer service is fantastic. eddy is a great at the entertainment. i really enjoyed my time here the staff are so welcoming and the hotel is really clean and hygienic

when we came to the hotel 4th time, we saw that the hotel had realy changed a lot and the staff were very friendly we were friendly. We were happy to see Sia, Eddy and meri again from the entertainment team and they took care of us well. atahe food and drinks were great

Fantastic welcome upon arrival, and the politeness and attention from every member of staff has been first class. The hotel and gardens are lovely, rooms very good with air conditioning, and clean bedding and towels. Food is excellent, always fresh and good choice. Sia and Eddy, two of the entertainment staff are absolutely brilliant, so funny and always ready for a chat and a laugh. We went the first week of opening, but everything was up and running, no cutting back of staff or facilities. Can’t find anything to be negative about, already planning our return.

The resort is fantastic value for money and very clean. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Especially Eddy & Sia, 2 of the entertainment crew. The food is good quality and choice. The area offers plenty to do, boat trip - thanks capt. Tommy, paragliding, market. We will be back!

Nice holiday. Friendly and helpfull staff. Great entertainment team. Great food although the eating areas need an uplift. Beach club is a nice experience but food and drink are not included and are expensive. Be prepared to pay for add ons,eg. Kids club t shirts, bingo tickets, food at beach, massages (maria is really good though). On site shop quite expensive. Beautiful gardens and well maintained rooms. Free aircon in rooms although not very powerfull, just enough. Few english channels on room tv. Scramble for sunbeds every day is annoyoing, 6am if you want your choice. 4 or 5 good shows every week, monday none and saturday karaoke.
