Room wasnt clean when i arrive at first because they was short on staff and ice machine wasn't working on the 3rd floor. Everything else was excellent.....

There were roaches in my first room so we had to move. Had to wait hours for towels. And they gave someone a key to my room without asking for identification or anything. And their last name wasn’t even on the bill. I didn’t even stay in the room my last day there. I will never return

Unfortunately they had roaches in my room, but the staff was sooo nice. That’s the only reason this trip wasn’t a five star. I felt super uncomfortable because of that particular issue.

I’ve stayed in all the top motels and the Best Western is easily as nice and have the kindest and most helpful staff of any of the top hotels.

Stayed here a few times, never had any issues until my recent visit. Checked into one room and there was a roach and another type of bug in the shower. Checked into another room on a different floor and there was a roach there as well. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue, maybe just a pest problem.
