Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport

Had a roach in our towels. The floors on the 3rd floor are uneven. The hot tub had a yellow stain on the bottom that made the water questionable at first. The pool was unusable since there was a machine under water to clean the bottom. Before check out, at breakfast, the batter for waffles was sitting in a bowl next to the waffle maker so you could make your own waffles. Coffee tasted cheap almost like instant coffee would taste.

This place never disappoints! Stay here a few times a month for the last few years. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. It may be a little older hotel but you wouldn’t know it by how well it’s been taken care of and how clean it always is. They have a great pool and hot tub and their breakfast is wonderful as well! And definitely can’t beat the price

The staff was great and the room was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and places to shop. The only issue was there are a lot of transients bt other then that we will definitely be staying again.

Location in town and access into and out not the best. Area was overran by homeless persons. Only one entrance exit onto property not really enough room for two vehicles entering and exiting.

very easy access to the interstate and close to the venue I was using the time I was there, and the price was outstanding!

The staff was friendly the room was clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The room and hotel definitely were not what the photos showed. The entire place smelled and rooms were not equipped with things as advertisement stated such as no coffee maker. Had no time to change hotels so just made it work.

The hotel and staff were amazing. My only hutch is that 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on my $50 deposit and no one has contacted me as a result of why.

Immediately the guy had an attitude, said there was a $50 refundable deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere until we go to check in. Tried to talk w/him about that and he got super defensive and said he could cancel the whole thing then and we go elsewhere. We agreed to his deposit then asked about our dogs, initially told $30/dog per night-mentioned they're service animals, he then said it's a $200 deposit, not $30/dog per night. Hours later, we decided to not claim them as service dogs and I asked him again to verify, it would be $30/dog per night. He said 'yes', again, I stated, "if I get $60 for you now, my dogs can come in and we can stay tonight?" again, he said, "yes"- so we got the $60 and go to pay for our dogs, and they said it's an additional $200 deposit. regardless if they're service animals or not. so the info he had previously given was inaccurate altogether,. keep in mind, it's now 11:00pm and we paid for a room we cant stay in because he kept changing the policy regarding our pets. ultimately we got our $50 deposit back and left by midnight. but still paid for the room we didn't get to stay in....which sucks because it's a nice place...we've stayed there before, but won't again. and don't recommend you do either....they do have an indoor pool, right in front of the front desk fyi.
