Immediately the guy had an attitude, said there was a $50 refundable deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere until we go to check in. Tried to talk w/him about that and he got super defensive and said he could cancel the whole thing then and we go elsewhere. We agreed to his deposit then asked about our dogs, initially told $30/dog per night-mentioned they're service animals, he then said it's a $200 deposit, not $30/dog per night. Hours later, we decided to not claim them as service dogs and I asked him again to verify, it would be $30/dog per night. He said 'yes', again, I stated, "if I get $60 for you now, my dogs can come in and we can stay tonight?" again, he said, "yes"- so we got the $60 and go to pay for our dogs, and they said it's an additional $200 deposit. regardless if they're service animals or not. so the info he had previously given was inaccurate altogether,. keep in mind, it's now 11:00pm and we paid for a room we cant stay in because he kept changing the policy regarding our pets. ultimately we got our $50 deposit back and left by midnight. but still paid for the room we didn't get to stay in....which sucks because it's a nice place...we've stayed there before, but won't again. and don't recommend you do either....they do have an indoor pool, right in front of the front desk fyi.
