Hotel Aleksandrija

This hotel has a fantastic location right on Lake Ohrid, close to the Old Town, boat trips and walking esplanade along the Lake. We had a balcony room overlooking the Lake with beautiful views especially in the morning stillness. Our room was dated and basic but clean and fine for an overnight stay. The restaurant downstairs served tasty food and delicious cocktails and was great for the views and people watching.

This very charming hotel is on the lake front. Close to everything. My room has dreamy views to Lake Ohrid, distant hills, and the tranquil little harbor. Love the morning sun shine into my room's big windows. The front desk staffers were professional, friendly and helpful, especially Jelena and Goran. I couldn't thank enough for the help they provided. Breakfast was included with 4/5 choices on offer. I loved the one with scramble eggs, tomatoes & little cheese pieces in it. So delicious and filling, I didn't need any lunch after that :) Definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Ohrid, the rooms are clean and the personnel kind and helpful. My room was wide, sunny and with a lake view. I would defenetely suggest this solution. There are a number of restaurants and lake tour boats just around the hotel. Moreover the hotel itself has a restaurant just in front the lake.

This hotel has an enviable location right on the lake side. There are wonderful views from the lake facing rooms and the hotel is also conveniently located near the restaurants and shops. On arrival we were greeted by efficient check in staff at the front desk. The rooms were well presented and comfortable offering a good range of giveaways. Breakfast is offered in the restaurant downstairs with good service from there too. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ohrid.

This hotel is shabby. To say that the seat in the balcony had dog poo on it gives you an idea of the standard of the place. The reception staff were unwilling to do anything to remove it until the cleaning ladies arrived later in the morning. Their response "it's nothing we've done". No, except not clean it before we arrived! The drain in the shower room gave a stale smell to the room. The quality of everything was low and it's time to update everything. Sometimes we find a chic shabby but this was cheap shabby. That said, the breakfast was ok and the location is perfect being at the edge of the old town, harbour and town centre. We loved being in Ohrid, so the hotel wasn't so bad as to spoil our visit. But it didn't enhance it.

Es un dos estrellas, tal y como anuncia en su puerta, no un 4 estrellas como nos dijeron y pagamos. Habitación grande, baño pequeño, muchas calor en la habitación, la pared del baño-habitación quemaba, el aire acondicionado deficiente, la nevera no funcionaba

Милый отель на границе старого города. Чтобы попасть на машине, нужно проехать пару шлагбаумов, закрывающих дорогу в центр. У отеля крошечная парковка на заднем дворе, буквально на 3 машины. Сам отель небольшой, пара десятков номеров. Прямо на берегу, шикарные виды из окон. Все достопримечательности рядом. Внизу ресторан, где утром ( с 8) можно вкусно позавтракать. В номерах всё достаточно просто, но комфортно и просторно. Тапочек и халатов нет. Косметика в душе. Холодильник. Надёжный интернет. Неплохой blackout. Маловато розеток. Комфортная кровать king. На ресепшн - чудесная девушка, которая всегда радо помочь с любым вопросом. Резюме - очень симпатичный, стильный и атмосферный отель в старом городе. Рекомендую.
