Overgood good, the key swipe on first floor on back door opposite of front desk didn’t work that’s why a rock was used to prop door open ( security issue) elevator didn’t work Saturday night Sunday morning

I thought early check in was 3 pm. We arrived a little past 3pm and room we reserved was not ready. We completed check in after 4pm. This is unacceptable. What is the point of reservations with a 3pm check in time advertised?

The parking is a struggle with the spaces being very small. Lots of pickups and bigger vehicles so spaces get tight. Fairly quiet hotel.

AC unit non functional for either heat or cooling, thankfully the window opened a generous 6 inches and the room temp was tolerable to sleep after midnight.

The desk staff not very literate in English. Difficult to communicate with them. Wish guests were offered a small bottle of water for their room. What .50 a bottle?

We stayed for just one night, but wished we could’ve stayed longer. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a verity of options. It was just a welcoming experience.

Very dirty, you can tell they don't thoroughly clean at all. There was mold around the edges of the sink and everything is rusted. The floor was not vacuumed, the only clean things were the towels and the sheets.
