The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

The hotel is very lovely. The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the Bay. The Spain Wine Bar restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic!

Overall the hotel is very nice and the rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable beds and a beautiful view. But in our room the fridge was broken as well as the fridge in the lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk upon check out and they seemed to careless. This hotel has a ton of potential and I really hope they get their act together.

It is okay and i got a room and they did not make bed and left towel in there and They give me second room I found dirty towels and cloth in this room.

Check-in was quick and staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Minor issues we had were with the door knob, the latch was sticking so the door wouldn't close all the way without some push/pull and that meant pulling the door to unlatch it to get in.
The other issue was that the Keurig in the room didn't work. We ended up paying $4/each for coffees in the downstairs restaurant that we could have had in room if the Keurig worked. :(
Overall, it was a lovely stay. Nice view from the balcony, VERY nice and clean bathroom and shower. Very walkable location.
