Setting up a reservation is the worst I have ever experienced. My wife and I have Paid for Platinum Membership then upgraded to Estates I to obtain and assure our requests of an ocean view suite is obtainable. we have paid over $60,000.00 in US currency becoming part of the Inovations "Family" with guarantying priority service when it comes to reservations, room selection, and onsite reservations. It has been a Joke.Giovanna Camacho Teran and Vicente Canes Ruvalcaba can not even return an email or respond. I want all my money back!!!! They say "We are Owners" well if that is the case Fire these people.
