Bonjour, votre chalet est magnifique sur le plan de la situation, de la décoration, du confort pour une grande famille mais de nombreux petits détails ont ternis quelques peu notre séjour. Pas de tapis à l'entrée pour les chaussures mouillées, qu'un trousseau de clés pour 3 couples, pas d' inventaire de vaisselle et mauvaise organisation des ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de placard réservé à l'épicerie, pas d'appareil à raclette ni fondue , ce qui ne nous a pas permis de faire une raclette car aucun appareil disponible dans les commerces sans réservation, première disponibilité samedi midi!!!! Lorsqu'on ne prends pas l'option ménage il serait plus normal d'avoir une sortie à 10h maximun, car 8h20 c'est beaucoup trop juste sauf à se lever à 5h30 le matin, même en faisant une grande partie du ménage la veille au soir....Dommage, encore un effort pour atteindre l'excellence que l'on est endroit d'attendre à ce niveau de tarif. Tout ceci étant dit Marion est d'un accueil agréable et très réactive à nos demandes. Bon séjour en famille avec un temps magnifique et nous avons apprécié la station.
