Trigona Garden Suite

I didn't stay at the hotel and I didn't book a room with them and despite that they charged me 160 euros. There is no way to communicate with them. They don't have a website and an incorrect email is listed on Instagram. Beware of them

We booked this property for a 2 night stay in early January 2023. We arrived at the agreed time to find it locked up and no one around. We phoned repeatedly, messaged through our booker and they also emailed the property. Shortly after we got a phone call from the booker saying the property could no longer accommodate us! We found alternative accommodation. However, when I arrived home I found that Trigona Garden Suite had taken the full cost of the 2 nights accommodation from my credit card in advance. I advised my booker of this and they contacted the hotel. However, I still haven't had a refund. Even if the owner has had some sort of personal tragedy or gone bust, they should still let me know what is happening. A search of other travel website reviews suggests that I am not the first person this has happened to. An utter disgrace, Trigona Garden Suites.

When checking out and attempting to pay with a credit card, we were told that "card machine is not working" and need to pay in cash. When we said that we have limited cash, they told us to go to the Italian Post Office ATM. We paid in cash. Our car was idling outside and, in a rush to get going, we did not get a receipt. I am not even sure they had printer or computer in the tiny reception space of that B&B. Back home I gave them a good review on ***********. To great surprise, one month later we see that our credit card is charged for the full amount. Reported the issue to *********** Customer Support They promised that Italian speaking person will contact Trigona to resolve it by issuing a credit back to credit card. No reply for one week. I submitted other complaints to ***********. No reply other that confirmation of submission. No follow up. No refund. At this point I am ready to report this Trigona transaction as fraud and scam and ask all hotel reservation systems to remove Trigona from their websites. I'll also report Trigona as a scam to major credit cards and Noto police. Amount charged for one night was 110 Euro, so it is a total mystery why Trigona is risking their reputation for such small amount

We had a wonderful stay at Trigona Garden Suite. We stayed in the Christiana Suite. The check in was easy. The room and bed were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere. We had a very great sleep. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Thank you so much. Grazie mille!

I booked a room with city view and breakfast in this unremarkable property. The hotel advertises limited check-in hours but when you show up during this period there is no one around. Finally I was given a room overlooking a wall (see attached picture), No amount of complaining over the telephone (to a rude absentee employee) could get me the room I paid for. In the morning when leaving, the breakfast room was under lock and key and again no one around to complain. My advise is to stay clear of this place.
