酒店環境很棒，很喜歡。原打算衹住兩晚，因為喜歡有多住了3晚。

เราเพิ่งกลับมาจากวันหยุดของครอบครัวที่แสนวิเศษ มีพวกเราเพียงไม่กี่คนในหมู่บ้านดังนั้นเราจึงได้รับการเอาใจใส่จากทุกคนเป็นอย่างมาก เชฟมิเคเล่ที่ยอดเยี่ยม, Chiara ผู้ให้ความบันเทิงที่น่ารักมาก, Alessio จริงจังและเป็นมืออาชีพมาก พวกทัวร์ทุกคนใจดีและสุภาพมาก (ฉันจะไม่ใส่ชื่อเพราะฉันจำพวกเขาทั้งหมดไม่ได้) สวัสดีกับ Marco หัวหน้าฝ่ายบันเทิงที่ ทำให้เราเต้นได้ สาวรูมใจดีและใจดีมาก สปาเป็นมูลค่าเพิ่ม ☺️ ขอขอบคุณบริกรและพ่อครัวทุกคน 🙏🏻 นอกจากนี้เรายังโชคดีที่ได้พบแขกดีๆ คนอื่นๆ และนั่นมีส่วนทำให้วันหยุดนี้น่ารื่นรมย์มาก มาดากัสการ์และผู้คนที่นี่เป็นสถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยม ป.ล. นำของเล็กๆ น้อยๆ มามอบให้เด็กๆ มากมาย พวกเขารู้สึกขอบคุณทุกสิ่งและน่ารักมาก

โรงแรมสะอาดและห้องพักก็ไม่เลว อาหารก็โอเค แต่ฉันอยากให้มีส่วนที่ปลอดกลูเตนทั้งหมดเพราะตอนนี้พบได้ในทุกหมู่บ้านในโลก !! ทะเลหน้าโรงแรมไม่ได้ดีที่สุดแต่ออกแบบมาโดยเฉพาะสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวและนอกสถานที่ เชื่อเถอะ มันเยี่ยมมาก!!!! คนบันเทิงน่ารักและเป็นกันเอง ฉันแนะนำให้มีร้านขายยาในหมู่บ้านเพราะมันจะเป็นประโยชน์กับแขกจริงๆ

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Great rooms, quiet beach, GORGEOUS VIEWS, and excellent food. The staff was fantastic, Julie was great and the assistant manager so kind an lovely. Everyone there had big smiles and were so kind... Many Italians stay there, so they really need good food and it delivers...I was so comfortable there, I slept great and I highly recommend this property

The Italian staff was quite predatory with racist undertones. Particularly Marco and Alex, those of which who asked me and my friend ( two underaged girls of colour) to go out to town/bars with them. One of them was quite persistent and according to the chefs this is a frequent event whenever they see Malagasy/ coloured guests. Once confronted they were saying that they don’t usually go out with guests as it’s a mixture of work and play. And stated that we weren’t considered “work”. He further said that we aren’t Italian, and therefore aren’t real guests/real work. Though we are guests, who pay the same price. On top of that the food really isn’t good, so there’s that. Better to get your own Villa or go to a different hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. Save your money and go anywhere else. 0 out of 10 rating

Partendo con Speed Vacanze da Roma, siamo stati accolti, all'aeroporto di Nosy Be, dalla solare Jennifer e il dotto Alessio, che durante il transfert fino alla struttura ci ha presentato il pacchetto escursioni Veraclub e animazione del Villaggio. Quest'ultima, capitanata dal trasformista Antonio, che tra spettacoli e giochi ha saputo allietare l'intero villaggio, assieme a la dolce Tania. Open bar h 24 in formula All Inclusive, tranne che per alcune poche bevande Europee. Lasciatevi servire le bevande che preparano al bar, consiglio sopratutto la loro limonata. Pensione completa a buffet, buona la cena, ottimo il pranzo alla cart. Buona l'aragosta malgascia e poi a che prezzo; Ottimi i dolci e il pesce alla brace che te lo dico a fare. Camera doppia pulita, bella e con terrazzino; matrimoniale con materasso bello duro, tipo ortopedico e per il resto idem come sopra. Il centro SPA è davvero buono e poi è un vero affare. Peccato per il clima troppo umido a tutte le ore degli 8 giorni e 7 notti, meglio da Maggio a metà Agosto, questo dice la gente sul posto. Comunque in mare durante le tratte da e verso le isole ce la si gode anche ad Aprile. La gente del posto è di cuore e il loro dissapore tra loro è solo per dolore di tanta fame e rivalsa contro il regime che gli opprime. Aiutiamoli come possiamo ne hanno tanto bisogno e prima di partire con Veraclub chiedete di Alessio Veraclub per il Madagascar. Ringrazio e saluto tanto Valerio e Fabio che si sono adoperati per sistemarmi nella camera matrimoniale dopo un mis understanding con uno Speeder nato in partenza per aver scelto una doppia. Mandra-pihaona indray che significa, per chi non lo sapesse ancora, arrivederci in lingua Malgascia. Voto: 7,5.

Sono stato ospite del Royal beach ad aprile 2024,un resort molto curato,buona la camera a me assegnata e buona la pulizia.Ottimo lo staff animazione.Camerieri professionali e sempre disponibili.Assolutamente buona la cucina! Hotel gestito nel migliore dei modi. Molto soddisfatto.
