It took 3 rooms to get it right. My granddaughter wanted a bagel for breakfast and they said there was no à la cart. I had to buy a full breakfast for $14 so I was very upset that we could not by one bagel so I went to the front desk and the lady let her have a bagel so I think they need to fix that. Then there is supposed to be bar there there was no bar. They shouldn’t advertise a bar and when you get there, there isn’t one. Just make sure you check out your hotel first before going.

I used to always come to hiltons and was very happy with the free breakfast option, I was so excited to get out of bed then come down to eat breakfast, but then I found out by surprise I had to pay after. Going forward I am going to stay at other hotels that offer free breakfast

This hotel has all the Hilton amenities and is close to both Mystic and Mohegan Sun which is what we wanted. Very comfortable stay

Room was outdated and dirty. Bedding and rugs had stains all over them. Room service was terrible.

The hotel was very nice as for looks but there was no ice in the hotel not even the restaurant. When we had breakfast at the restaurant the was no hot water or coffee. The coffee was brought in from a sister hotel..Hope they get their act together
