The room was clean. It was a bit on the small size. The bed was comfortable. That being said, the key did not work, I had to go back down to the desk and get new ones issued. There was not one cup in the room, not with the coffee maker, not in the bathroom. I called to get some cups brought to the room. The woman that delivered the cups barely looked at me as she handed them to me. She had an expression on her face like it was a real bother for her to bring them.
All in all it was an OK stay. I was only there only one night. It was adequate for what I needed. It was just a little less than I expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

Front desk was super. I wasn't looking for a bar but the bar was wrll stocked with quality bottles. The restaurant next door looked nice but the Starbucks was closed and there didn't seem to be much else nearby; the two ***** malls were unappealing.

This was a stop over on a larger trip but ideal for us loved that there was a bar and food available in the evening as after a long journey we were not inclined to go out to eat. Staff very friendly

Location is good and staff was helpful. It just is in need of updating. The rugs/lights are old. Paint was peeling in bathroom. And hallways looked tired. Bed was comfortable though and towels were ok.

Staff was great. Our room needed a paint job and some mold in shower; otherwise it was fine.

Check in was quick.
Breakfast was good… cost was high.
Shower needs bleached where mold is growing. Quick fix with a spritz of bleach.
Quite.
Additional cost for small dogs is way too high.
