Very good beds, but construction odors, and rather expensive for this property, the breakfast and the "work out room".

The check in process was fine, the second night that we were there that is when issues occured. there was a guy who was arrested in the lobby and was causing a bunch of issues, we could hear him and the front desk lady yelling from our room. we also expressed we did not have any hot water and nothing was done about it so we had to take cold showers in the middle of winter. we could also smell smoke from other rooms that lead into our room from the vents when we requested a smoke free room. I will not be booking here again. I have stayed at many best westerns and have never experienced this before.

The morning breakfast was a bit catastrophic. The pancake machine didnt work and the sausage and potatoes were salty. There is a section that is still under construction,however the hotel overall was fairly clean. The night staff was more pleasant than the day staff. Its a decent location between fairfield and bridgeport.

Perfectly adequate for the expense. A few mixups like booking the wrong number of beds in the room due to confusing room type language. Also experienced technical issues with key cards suddenly not working. Otherwise, an above average experience.

The room was very clean and very comfortable, with good bedside reading and plenty of outlets, although the furniture and rug were slightly tired looking. It is close to family so likely we would stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The woman who greeted me at the lobby desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a very easy check-in and check-out process, and it is a perfect spot to stay when away on business, as the room had everything I needed, and was very affordable.

Though from first look it looks nice the parking is not the greatest. The noise from highway is extremely bad. But the worst was the bug (cockroach) I found on the wall and managements response is they have pest control come in weekly and I should give them a try again. NO THANKS I do not want to run risk of bringing anything to my home.

Rooms were unhygienic. Old smelly rugs and room doors. Bathroom was outdated but hygienic. The layout of the hotel is like a maze. Breakfast was a carbohydrate feast. Completely overpriced for what you get.
Staff is hospitable.
