每次到奧克蘭的首選，因為太喜歡周遭環境.疫情3年酒店未更新設備，工作人員欠缺真心遺憾！

第一次住，但應該也是最後一次，畢竟這是我住過算是目前體驗最差的五星酒店了…清潔衞生竟然會不清理垃圾桶，洗漱台竟然有水漬，淋浴頭的接口是漏水的，晚上找不到大堂值班的人幫忙停車。不僅如此，在停車場按鈴，等了至少20分鐘無人響應。最誇張的是，門僮取車竟然還取錯了車…如果我自己的車也被這樣取錯，真被人開走了，這又要怎麼弄？同事找服務生要牙膏牙刷，竟然被服務生放門口不被告知，還被其他人拿了。

This is a really comfortable hotel with attentive service. Location is fabulous, right by the waterfront. The hotel pool was lovely. Excellent breakfast

We spent our wedding night in your gorgeous hotel, the complementary champagne and sweets were much appreciated!! Thank you!!! The bedding was a dreamy and soft, really perfect! We also LOVED the bathtub.

Unhelpful and rude staff especially the housekeeping staff. Room wasn’t cleaned most days till 4pm and then it was an effort when we asked for clean towels. For a 5 star hotel it was more like 1.5 stars for customer service.
On the plus side, it’s in a nice location with a short walk into the main centre of town.
