I Was given the wrong room and no others were available. We had to stay in a handicap room which had no tub only a stand up shower. It was valentines day and I was not too happy with the room we were forced to stay in . It was either except that room or go home

We stayed over for a family wedding. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to friends and family.

Hot water in shower never got above lukewarm (at 10 pm.) Hotel was nearly empty during my stay but they put me right next to another guest who had the tv on at a loud volume that I could hear through the walls. A little separation would have been appreciated.
On the plus side, the hotel was unique. It felt more the a bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly. The included breakfast was a nice perk. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The property is very safe and clean. The room is spacious. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, helpful, and seemed to care about doing a good job.

Heat wouldnt moderate temp. So either had to freeze or overheat. The shower didnt work properly. The bath filled up while showering. Key did not work 4 times on a 3 day visit. No parking for paying customers when restaurant open. Had to park on the street and it was pouring out. My room service came completely soaked unedible and was told the kitchen closed and wouldn't be charged, yet I was charged. I did tell the clerks nicely about these issues and they just gave a excuse. Then to top it off i am still waiting my refund to my card. The company i work for was paying for all, yet my card was charged and the Manager stated i would get a refund. I have yet to see my refund. Will never stay at this hotel again. The HoT breakfast was undercooked or stale bread options. I would not recommend if you are looking for a nice expensive stay, overrated.
