Bad experience, room nor checked before arrival, TV remote not working. TV Channels not working. Shower pressure low.

Perfect get away, felt like I was on holiday even though it was a business full working trip . Great service , pleasant staff and good food . Beautiful view with clean rooms . Spar experience was top.

We always get excited at the prospect of staying a Ghost Mountain Inn and are sad to leave but look forward to returning on our next visit to South Africa. It is somewhere special with lots to do, wonderful gardens with interesting birds. The choice of safari outings are many with knowledgeable guides. The management are always on hand to answer any queries.

Quite a nice place overall. Public areas in good condition but bedroom was tired and not really up to the standard of the public areas. Food was very good and the staff friendly. On the edge of a not very nice town so we ate in the hotel each evening.

The staff at Ghost Mountain made sure that we had an incredible experience. It is a lovely setting, with excellent service, food and wonderful guided birding safaris. Special mention to Jean, Wonderboy, Eugene and Sembolela who all contributed to an unforgettable week.

Beautiful place for a perfect couples relaxing break. The hotel rooms were great, good decor and lovely bathrooms. The ambience around the hotel surroundings was awesome... cool, refreshing and beautiful lightings. Could improve on the dinner menu. The resort could provide some entertainment - music or dance.

A gorgeous hotel. We only stayed here for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. The hotel communal areas were beautifully decorated, opening up to lovely gardens. The wooden walkway to the lakeside with Ghost Mountain in the distance was a highlight for me. It was just so very peaceful at the edge of the lake. I'd love to return to Ghost Mountain Inn one day.

Beautiful resort accommodation close to Mkhuze Game Reserve, which is brilliant for birds but also excellent for mammals. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the food is excellent. They make a good effort to be as sustainable as possible in the way they operate. Jean helped us with a privare birding tour and besides being very good at what she does, she is also a fountain of information about the inn and the region. We will definitely aim to visit again in future.
