SureStay Hotel by Best Western North Myrtle Beach

The service was fair. The only downside was their breakfast. It was not a good variety and the temperature of the biscuits and sos was cool. The room was good and I liked the location for what I had in mind.

Arrived for a funeral in Longs. SC. It wasn’t far from the church. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was sufficient and the staff was pleasant. I would stay there again. There’s plenty of eateries nearby. I felt safe. The furnishings could be updated but overall it was a nice place to stay.

When we arrived no one was in the office. It took about 5 minutes for them to come. The clerk looked like she just woke up and was not nice. Do not let the pictures decive you, like I did. About 9am the started banging right over our room on a Saturday. The clerk at the front desk said, well this is the time we renovate. On a Saturday at 9am? We were supposed to stay two days but canceled second night.

Hotel was very clean and the location was great. Lots to do and several restaurants to chose from. Cleaning lady was very sweet and when asked for extra towels she got them immediately.

Hotel does not look like the photos, you can definitely tell they were not recent. Hot tub at pool was cold. Included breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit cup & some pastries. Plus side rooms were clean & staff was friendly

The furniture in the room had chunks of wood out of them. The bathroom was half painted and rust on the walls. Where the toilet paper holder was was a mess. Would never stay there again.

Room smelled musty like mildew. My sons blanket smelled like it after we left. Room was alright. Not worth the rate. Indoor Pool Was locked which was odd and had to be unlocked when we wanted to use it.

I registered about 3 AM The man was so friendly The next day, I report a showerhead, broken and nobody fix it I come to the front desk a couple time to get clean towels, . The lady was not too friendly… I come to get a toilet paper and again the lady was not happy..

Didnt realize it was a motor inn style property. Rooms were pretty small, but clean and fresh decor. Staff was outstanding, decent breakfast
