酒店設施稍微有點老舊，環境很好，位置處在近郊區，去大學或市區都很方便。臨近公園及醫院，周邊有不少學生公寓

It’s old and doesn’t match with the standard of the hotel Mercure

The variety of food choices for the buffet breakfast was very generous.(cold and hot), and lady in charge of the buffet breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. All the staff that I encountered in reception were also friendly and helpful. The only negative experience - there were strands of dark hair in the shower/bath (I have light coloured hair).

Enjoyable stay. Check in counter was an adventure! (very windy with entry doors so close)

The staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The restaurant was excellent and had room service

626 plus 50 parking for Thursday & Friday night so I was expecting more. Room badly needs refurbishing , shower recess was the worst, all cracked on the floor, cracked window and not clean. Bed was hard, not comfy.

Shower would drip constantly and also leak all over the bathroom floor during showers, otherwise a pleasant stay

I enjoyed my recent 3-night stay at Mercure North Melbourne. The hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the major hospitals and within easy walking distance to the 58/59 tramline. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room, although a bit worn, was cleaned to a high standard with all the usual amenities available. The in-room wifi worked well. A comfortable stay and I would look at staying here again if needing to return to North melbourne for work.

Great position reasonable rates. Building showing its age which is understandable But very good experience

Very helpful staff and convenient location. What I did not like was the low level of lighting in the room but the staff did bring in another lamp at my request.

Room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable but bathroom facilities are tired.
