Not great, key didn’t work. I had to leave my luggage and get the key fixed. The door to the room didn’t even seal well. You could see out to the road. It wasn’t in the best area so I was up all night.

Our room smell like new. Excellent service and have a big parking. More than we expect. Sure go back, but with our kids.

I like that everything was clean, and the housekeeper kept the room clean and neat. The only thing I did not like is that the TV control or the TV was not propery working. I was not able to change the channels so either the control or the TV was not functioning well. I could not stay in the room to watch football. I called to the operator but whoever answered the phone, just hung up on me.

The tv didn’t work issue with cable billing
Door could only be open by playing around per staff the entry key took over 15min just to open door
Pool was directly facing a street under construction and dust everywhere not to mention the construction staff just sitting there watching

Door didn’t lock properly. Toilet kept backing up. Shower rod fell off. Sheets had cigarette holes and not a very clean hotel. I will never stay at another.

I booked this property as I had an event at the embassy, just minutes away. Despite the short distance, this property felt unsafe. I was there as a mom with my daughter and there were people doing ***** downstairs. My neighbors were drinking and playing loud music til about 4 in the morning. I called the front desk and nothing changed, I asked the neighbors to hold it down and they basically grunted at me and turned their music up. I felt unsafe and as if the hotel wasn't going to help either. the breakfast was good and the staff I talked to in person were nice and helpful but I would not stay here if you are traveling with family.
