Handling of our reservation was unprofessional. It took 75 minutes to check in because what we reserved they said was unavailable. We requested a refund, called ******* and then they made what we reserved available. The hotel has poor business practices, they were very unknowledgeable of how to handle issues, and to a degree were dishonest. For days they had no television service. They had no sign to tell customers but waited until they got into their rooms for them to find out. Further, we had a 12 noon check out due to the earlier inconvenience, and at 11:10 am, someone overrides the lock and enters the room. Our phone, which did not work to call out, worked to call in, asking when we are leaving. Again, a very unprofessional site and we challenge you ******* to better vet the sites you offer on your site. We have had numerous bad experiences recently and we now see you as the common denominator. This location had a 9.0 rating, where the rating should be more of a 2-3.
