Travelocity sucks and I'll never use you again. I didn't use the reservation because I wanted a hotel in Mass not Long Island and you ppl wouldn't switch it for me. I hope you enjoy my $140. I can really afford to throw money away. Not that you care, but I have no place to sleep tonight. Thank you very much

Property was pretty much as expected for a 2-star hotel in this neighbourhood. Bit out of the way, but close to where I wanted to be for work (Brookhaven National Laboratory). Problem was with check-in.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The facilities are also in good shape. Breakfast was also good. It's a 3minute drive to several restaurants and a small shopping area. A little traffic noise is noticeable at night, but not enough to keep anyone awake.

I usually never give less than 5 stars, but this hotel lacked big time in every way. Stayed 5 nights and never had room service, even though on the 3rd and 4th day I requested it. Employees said we had the Don Not Disturb sign up, which is not true. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s overpriced for its location and little amenities. We had 3 rooms. Each room had 2 Queen and sofa bed, but they stock 2 towels per room. Since we had no housekeeping, we needed toilet paper. They bring us one roll. Folks this is supposed to be a Marriott branded hotel! We will never stay here again.

Great hotel, free breakfast, very clean and updated hotel. Not run down or old like most hotels in the area.

Woken up at 6am with ceiling leak in bathroom. Poor nights sleep with that and room outside elevators

Said gym flooded has pool on website but no pool found that out after i booked and paid for room
