I stopped here due to a winter storm and was happy to find a room at a nice rate. The room was very good, but there was only one person working, and nobody was around to de-ice the property for safety. The main covered entrance was closed, so I had to use the side door/area that was slicker than an ice rink and I fell hard. I'm very sore, but it could've been much, much worse.

I thought it was very clean and the room even smelled very clean when we arrived! Staff was helpful and efficient.

Loved everything but was a little inconvenienced by the front doors not working and my heater unit that stopped working by morning. Extra loved that they use quality soap

Not sure why having outside door security was not working, but every door could be accessed without a key card. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

A staff interview was going on in the lobby at our arrival, so we waited until it was done to check-in.
The front door was out of order for our whole stay (Thursday through Friday) so we had to use the side door and wait outside (20° and windy) when our transportation arrived.
Our door key never worked, everytime we left the room and came back, we had to go back to the front desk to get it reset (we were in the third floor)
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Aside from the front lobby for being broken it was a great location for OU and great value! I’d stay again.

I could not get to the office through the front entrance due to renovation or repair. It was an extremely cold day–the entire town was frozen–so I did not want to be outside a second longer.
Another thing I did not like was whiffs of cigarettes in the hallway.
There was a wad of hair on the floor under the coffee maker.
Other than those negative things above, my stay in the lodging was comfortable and pleasant, its location being in a safe and quiet place.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and looked clean. Beds comfortable. However, when i woke up there was a roach on the straw of my drink. Not happy about that.
