Place was clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use a bit of a remodel.

The door would not close properly and would not lock from the outside. That made our stay very uncomfortable and uneasy.

The bed was comfortable, plentiful pillow and quiet…just fine for a night before crossing the border.

Honestly, the place looks a bit sketchy from the outside. That being said, the inside was clean, the bed was firm but comfortable enough. The furniture is pretty old but it didn’t really matter. Front desk was very nice.
Biggest downside might have been their key cards which feels weird to say. I had to get new ones three different times cause mine kept demagnetizing or whatever it is. Since I was on the very far side of the hotel, it was fairly annoying.
The price is fantastic though, and by far the cheapest place to stay if you are traveling with a pet. I would definitely stay here again.

We like the restaurant on the property. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It looks like they're upgrading or redoing the rooms so part of the property seems a bit disorganized but it didn't affect our stay.

We were travelling on motorcycles with 4 pieces of luggage plus helmets. We had to move 3 times after getting a room, with a single bed, then one with a malfunctioning bathroom. These two rooms were a fair stair climb to reach and we had to go down 4 times with the keys not working. The next room was down a hallway outside, up two staircases and down past twenty rooms with three loads each of luggage. The wifi did not work so phoned to clarify password but the still didn't work. Back to front desk. Found the wifi was down. Desk clerk could really not have cared less.

The property is scary, sketchy people, collected a security deposit? The will charge you for a pet and put you in a second class room. Definitely a shady business, it's not worth saving a few dollars. Never again.
