My friend and I drove from London to Anatolia and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in throughout the entire trip! (And the lowest priced as well.) So much care and thought had gone into every detail of this hotel! Beautiful. The welcome we received was warm, friendly and informative, and the breakfast delicious and abundant. Can’t recommend the Lux Spa Zen enough! Fantastic! Nis itself is a fascinating place for anyone interested in history, and has a very friendly, community feel to it. Would come back for sure!

The hotel is suited for a 4-5-day business trip. Rooms are clean but a little small. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is OK but nothing spectacular. Restaurant is too small and reminds me of a business canteen.

It is the nicest hotel in nis, it has a lot of amenities and it is the best value!! Nice view from the roof pool bar. Quiet neighbourhood with great staff always smiling and friendly. Eager to assist with any request that you might have.pet friendly and spotless clean. Also great food! Will visit again for sure!

Juste parfait! Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, le personnel est tellement souriant et serviable, je conseille absolument cet établissement, chambre très spacieuse et propre, pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons sélectionné la veille dans la liste donné ce que nous voulions, la table était prête quand nous sommes arrivés dans la salle, tout était en quantité largement suffisante, mais le personnel était là pour servir à nouveau au besoin, bref n'hésitez pas!
