Très jolie chambre avec sa kitchenette et sa salle de bain très propres avec un emplacement simple d'accès.
Dommage que LE réceptionniste manque de sourires et d'amabilité à la réception des clients.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. All equipment available and well stocked. With the extreme heat it would have been nice to have a better fan as the room was hot and stuffy.

This place is one big mess. We got our key for the room, and we went inside “our room” somebody elses stuff was there! The reception was closed, so we called the hotel but NOBODY answered. There was three others who also couldn’t get their key to work. Appart City Niort don’t care and won’t even apologise.

Clean, friendly welcome, were able to park motorcycle for free at side of entrance which was handy. Pleasant eating area for breakfast with plenty of choice. Basic room with limited kitchen facilities but useful.

The hotel was very clean and the employees, friendly. The items that needed improvement include lack of tissue boxes, and missing exterior windows/doors in the parent bedroom (it was very hot).

We booked for a night on route south and wouldn’t recommend, unless there are no other options. The city itself is worth a visit with some nice restaurants snd bars nearby. The hotel has seen better days, no welcome at the reception, aircon not working, lift not working, breakfast for 12 euro a head- there are plenty if more reasonable options locally. Also no parking - you have to use the paul mercer public car park which has a 2.4 height limit - 10 euro for 24 hours. On the plus side the rooms have fridges with a decent freezer part and beds comfortable- but think there has got to be better options!

We had friends stay at the Ibis Styles across the street, which was more expensive and horrible in comparison. This apartment was fabulous compared to it and good value for money.
