The rooms was clean, washroom was clean. Staff behavior could have been better. They asked me to vacate the rooms multiple times

Location was good. Room needs service. Nobody disturbed. Safe for couples and family. Had balcony. Toilets wer clean.

Hotel location is excellent close to railway station, city centre and old mumbai pine highway. Rooms are very neat and clean travel-led with my family. We had pleasant stay there

The hotel is very very close to the railway station. The surroundings are very pleasant with trees. We liked the stay. But the room is very small. We booked a deluxe room which having only 1 feet gap between bed and wall. And more problem we faced is hot water. This issue is rectified after 1 hr. All the other guests in the hotel got hot water but unfortunately we did not. No lift.

Service was good. Rooms can be more better. Intercoms, calling bells were not available. Rooms were hygenic.

It was a good stay. Excellent location. They should have a in-house restaurant and cleaning service was very ok.

The place is somehow clean and maintained. The owner has to worry about guests as so much mosquito 🦟 in the hotel but not good arrangements for it.

Location is good near to lonavala railway station. The room we got is small. Doesn’t fit for 3 members. Hot water supply is good 24/7. Overall it’s a good place to stay.
