Disappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.

酒店位置： 酒店就在機場T1直對面，走路就能到。附近很多家酒店，並且酒店價格都差不太多，如果想要住在機場附近的話，選擇其實很多。 房間： 房型的話要注意有些不是正正方方的，當然也是因為這個酒店外形的原因，如果有不喜歡的換個房間也行。房間有一個大衣櫃，會讓房間看起來小一點。要注意的是酒店不提供飲用水以及拖鞋，打電話給前台的話也是沒有的。其餘的話服務還是可以的！房間也是比較乾淨整潔的。
