一次極其難忘的住宿體驗，老闆非常熱情，為我們講解了尼斯當地的景點和美食，並且幫我們將箱子拎上樓。完全可以相信它4.9的評分！我們的後兩夜定了較大的房間，他們主動將我們的前兩夜安排在同一房間裏。房間收拾得非常乾淨温馨，自帶廚房，可以做飯。我們使用了房間的冰箱與微波爐，它們都非常方便。起初有些冷，但是開了空調以後温度很快變高了。值得一提的是，房間提供的被子非常舒適，我真的想知道如何能買到一樣的被子！

房間小了一點，但是應有盡有，還有隱藏廚房能做飯，餐具非常精緻，超級喜歡！我甚至請求得到一個精緻的咖啡杯作為禮物🎁在此謝謝Julien😇😇😇 還有有歡迎入住的馬卡龍和親手書寫的歡迎賀卡！唯一不好的是樓梯非常陡，這對於有大件行李的人不太方便。幸好喬安娜熱心幫助我把行李搬上去，離開的時候Julien幫我搬下樓，謝謝你們☺️😌😌

Julian was a wealth of knowledge. Always available to give directions, recommendations and help. Beware the steep stairs, otherwise a fabulous location in the Old Town..

Hotel is located very central in the middle of the old city. Julien and Jeanne are the most wonderfull hosts, sharing all insides for the city with you! We upgraded for only a small amount to a Executive Studio which was a great choice ( Nr5). 10 min walking from the beach if you walk slowely! Nice bar just around the corner :)

Loved this place - excellent location, right by tram stop and opposite a nice park area. Loads of restaurants around. We had a lovely room with comfy beds and nice bathroom. Owners were very helpful and contact both before and during stay was fabulous. We would definitely recommend and I hope to return maybe next year.

brilliant location, easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Me and my mum came for a girls sight seeing holiday and we had an amazing time. Upon arrival, the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Amenities were provided and the staff gave us their number to text them if we had any problems which was very useful.

We had an excellent experience here, receiving a warm welcome and discovering thoughtfully designed rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a dishwasher, while the bathroom provided shower gel. The room itself was very well-planned. Conveniently, there was always the option to refill water, obtain a free umbrella, and receive valuable advice about everything in the area. The location was superb, with numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, a playground across the road, and a tram station just 100 meters away. I absolutely loved this place.

Great place, near to old town. Bakery next to the building. Really good restaurant and pub near the accomodation. Recommended for visiting Nice. We received great advice from staff about what worth to visit and how. The staff were always kindly and helpful. Free clean water in the accomodation.
