Disorganization and lack of coordination between employees, inactivity of facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi,
they changed my room three times in three nights.

the first hotel in my life that told me there’s no room cleaning services even I stayed here for 5 days. They only allow me to use same towel for 5 days and no one clean the sheets or bathroom every night. The day check out i even need to take out the trash by my own. I’m stunned wow. The swimming pool on the top roof is fine though.
