Characterful hotel in a great, central location. Only stayed for one night, but staff were very kind and helpful, especially with storing our luggage. Lovely to have a room with a balcony and view of the sea. Some noisy bin trucks at night, but think that's very normal for central Nice!

This is a family run hotel we return to. It’s in a historic building and we like it’s location as it’s easy to walk everywhere.
There are lots of restaurants nearby but walk about 5 minutes further to Restaurant Le Vague for a lovely dinner and the Italian next door to it.

We had a 3 night stay on a family vacation. The hotel was minutes from the beach. It was also very close to restaurants and shopping, excellent location. The staff were all very helpful right from check in, to helping with restaurant recommendations and calling a taxi when were checking out. Very kind with our limit French speaking skills too! The junior suite was great for a small family, comfortable beds, clean room, bathroom had everything you need, very clean and fresh towels. The room had two large windows that opened. We would certainly stay here again.

conveniently located a few steps from the beach, hundreds of restaurants in the radius of the hotel. I didn't need a car during our stay we did everything by walking. there is no parking but we found online a indoor parking 3 block away and we were able to purchase online the tickets before our arrival so we guaranteed a parking spot. PLACE GRIMALDI is the name of the parking lot.

Nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to everything you want/need to do in Nice. Pretty clean. Shower was weird. For the price, worth a weekend stay.
